Job Overview:

As one of two Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and administration of our educational institution. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for higher education.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Manage and supervise staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement educational programs
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure compliance with educational standards
- Foster a positive learning environment for students
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, and community partners
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in education administration

Requirements:
- Teaching experience is required
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
