Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Manager, Community Outreach Programs, this position develops, promotes and implements Community Health Choices (CHC) outreach and education initiatives, programs and events throughout Pennsylvania; assists manager in building annual CHC outreach strategy that supports CHC goals and objectives; ensures activities are carried out within company, state and CMS compliance rules and regulations.
