Provider Relations Representative, Sr. jobs in Port Saint Lucie, FL

Summary/Objective:

The Provider Relations Lead, reporting directly to the Provider Relations Manager, will play a key role in overseeing and supporting the recruiting and credentialing teams in identifying and onboarding potential new providers for non-emergency medical transportation and/or on-site interpretation services. This role entails close collaboration with the department manager to establish and uphold objectives while refining existing processes.

Essential Functions:

• Initiate and respond to phone communications with providers regarding service issues.
• Cultivate, maintain, and strengthen the working relationship between the company and providers nationwide.
• Monitor credentialing activities to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Evaluate upcoming scheduled assignments and negotiate service costs with current providers.
• Collect pertinent data and generate both scheduled and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Assist in the training and coaching of providers.
• Fulfill additional duties as delegated by management.

Qualifications:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience
