Requirements:

• Possess an advanced degree in HR, Business, Law, or equivalent education. A bachelor's degree is required, while a Juris doctorate or MBA is preferred.
• Bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an employee relations manager, labor relations manager, or employment law attorney.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of employment law and related regulations, showcasing your understanding of the legal landscape.
