Requirements:
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
- Proven experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks
- Proficient in performing vital signs assessments, medication administration, physical examinations, ventilating patients, dialysis procedures, and aseptic techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance
