Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Technician to join our team at Firefly. The Network Technician will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support for our clients' IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft Server (2012 to 2022), Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, firewalls, access points, and switches. Previous experience working in an MSP environment is strongly preferred.
The Network Technician is required to work on-site at our Wenatchee office. Reliable transportation is required as the technician will be traveling to client locations on a regular basis.
