Provider Network Specialist jobs in Visalia, CA

We are looking to hire a Team Member who loves working with and helping people but who also loves working with technology. You must possess excellent communication skills, work well in a team and know how to support demanding high-touch executive end-users. You will be supporting a handful of clients in-person and remotely. You will also be working on technology projects and providing quality customer care. Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated in-person end user support experience working with both technical and non-technical high-touch users
• Demonstrated expertise with supporting, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining:
  • Tell us about your favorite Windows 10 version (or 11)
  • Tell us what you like best about Microsoft 365
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
  • iPhones, Android
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V and VMWare)
  • Intune
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (not just on a resume or when corresponding with us - it's an "all the time" thing)
• Excellent problem solving skills (and enjoy doing it too!)
• Sense of humor (really, you need it in this line of work)
• Attention to detail! (our clients are picky, and so are we!)
• Ability to document (you will learn to like it and our team will set you up for success)
• Ability to work independently and proactively (don't wait for the problem to come to you)
• 4 years of customer service experience (looking for in-person one-on-one support, NOT call center)
• 4 years of network experience (we look forward to hearing about the cool problems you've solved)
• Be able squat, crawl, climb and lift up to 50 lbs
• Have a driver's license and reliable transportation

Desirable Qualifications:

• Previous MSP/IT experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Has multiple certifications and utilizes them at a high skill level. The following certifications are preferred: MCSA/MCITP, CCNA/CCDA/CCVP/CCIE, VCP, Project , Network , A , ITIL
• Scripting and/or automation expertise (why do it manually if you can have the computer do it for you?)
• VoIP experience
• Intune
• Microsoft Forms
• Power BI
