Provider Network Specialist jobs in Tallahassee, FL

Day to Day:

A healthcare client in the Tallahassee area is looking for a Provider Solution Specialist to come and join their team. This resource will be the Tier 2 support for their Physicians in the acute care setting.

Customer-Centric Support:

• Serve as the primary training and support resource for providers.
• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals, including provider office personnel, Medical Staff Office, Provider Relations, and Clinical Services.

Technology Proficiency:

• Ensure providers understand and effectively utilize technologies.
• Facilitate adoption and utilization of digital tools across the healthcare continuum.

Coordination and Communication:

• Respond to provider support needs promptly.
• Maintain collaborative relationships across business units.
• Communicate essential provider technology enablers.

Health IT Landscape Awareness:

Stay informed about Health IT trends, digital access points, and clinical workflows.

Must Haves:

• Have clinical background (MA, floor tech, physician office setting, service desk, practice manager, etc)
• Experience working with physicians
• Being able to adapt
• Experience with an EHR system (ideally Meditech)
• Ideally experience working with a ticketing system (they use Service Central)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $34.75 per hour
