GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Primary Source Verification Specialist reports to the Director of Primary Source Verification of Medical Provider Resources. Each provider making initial appointment to a MPR participating health care facility will require an initial appointment file. Each initial appointment application will be processed according to the most current MPR policies and procedures. The PSV Specialist will ensure the policies and procedures are adhered to and will release the file to Final Quality once all verification letters have been received.

Record Dates for Verification Activity
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires at least 3 years experience in an office setting with extensive data entry skills. Expert oral and written communication skills required to collaborate with team members and clients. Candidate must possess excellent spelling accuracy in a database setting.
