Provider Network Specialist coordinates and evaluates the contracts of a healthcare provider network. Participates in the negotiation of contracts and prepares reports and analysis of contract details and statistics. Being a Provider Network Specialist distributes contract information, status updates, and other information within the organization. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Provider Network Specialist typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Provider Network Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Hours/Desired Schedule:

    • 2 overnights a month

    Pay: $256.00 per overnight

    Tasks

    • Personal cares
    • Meal prep/eating help
    • Bathing
    • Dressing
    • Toileting
    • Transferring

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Able to lift child, as she is not able to move on her own
    • Ability/willingness to learn how to use some basic lift equipment

    Requirements*:

    • Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    *Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $256.00 per day

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends as needed

    Experience:

    • Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Menomonie, WI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
