    Are you a pharmacy tech, CPhT or someone with pharmacy experience who wants to work in a non-retail setting? Do you work for a medical office where there is no room for future growth? We have great opportunities available!

    Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years' experience in the medical/healthcare field (i.e. hub services, pharmacy, doctor's office, hospital administration, etc.), required.
    • Familiarity with prescription processes, insurance issues, insurance verification and/or authorizations, preferred.
    • Orthopedic, pain management, or physical therapy related experience, a plus.
    • Experience interacting with doctors offices, insurance plans and/or pharmacies, preferred.
    • Ability to maintain strict HIPAA patient confidentiality and protecting PHI.
    • Strong computer skills. Adaptable and eager to learn.

    Opportunities:

    We have different pharmacy and healthcare services opportunities available (entry level, intermediate level, etc.)! Essential functions may include…

    • Researches and obtains information regarding patients' insurance coverage and benefits in order to help facilitate patients' treatment.
    • Handles benefits request investigations submitted by MD (medical doctors) offices.
    • Assists in facilitating completion of authorizations and/or pre-certifications while providing excellent customer service.
    • Communicates with MDOs/medical doctors offices (and potentially pharmacies) regarding clinicals, authorizations, medical benefits, billing inquiries, and follow-ups, as needed.

    Hours:

    Monday-Friday, commonly needed shifts are 9:30 AM-6:00 PM or 10:30 AM-7:00 PM. Other shifts may be available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, for full-time hours, based on team needs.

    Compensation:

    Starting at $19 per hour, (higher rate may be possible). Offer based upon experience, education, and interview process.
