Provide technical network expertise directly to PdL TNIC and by representing TNIC in engineering forums. Conduct on-site support at CTC and NIE Events and perform troubleshooting of the network. Collaborate with soldiers, engineers and TNIC developers to develop solutions to complex problems identified in the field or the lab. Develop scripting tools and roadmap the needed features of future data product related tools. Support Quality Assurance process on products delivered by TNIC to include verification of IP templates and configurations. Coordinates with Army Service Component Commands (ASCC), Department of the Army G-3/5/7, Department of the Army G6,US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Joint Modernization Command and PEO C3T stakeholders for the Army’s future incentives by gathering requirements, communicating and requesting support from other government stakeholders such as the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and other Programs of Record to guarantee that requirements are met holistically throughout the Army’s Tactical Network.
