    Provider Network-Ins Service Specialist - Atlanta, GA - Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

     

    This position will oversee the recruiting and relationship management activities with ExamOne’s network of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Physicians in an assigned geographic region.  The position will serve as the primary point of contact for the providers in ExamOne’s network, and will be the front line recruiter working to assure the business maintains adequate coverage in each area of assigned responsibility.  The position will also conduct activities to keep the network engaged and active through regular communication activities. 

    Responsibilities

    • Recruitment of providers (Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants and Physicians) of risk assessment services for contracted position requirements in assigned geography, including advertising, interviewing, screening, rate negotiation and orientation of new contractors. 
    • Participate in recruiting fairs, industry events and shows as needed. 
    • Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking System database. 
    • Build strong relationships with providers to maintain a cohesive network within assigned geography. 
    • Execute established procedures to maintain communication with assigned provider network during off-season periods to maintain as high a percentage of contractors as possible in the network. 
    • Establish relationships within the industry to develop contacts for referrals through networking and professional affiliations; develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions. 
    • Effectively utilize job boards, social networking websites, niche associations and other media to develop quality applicant pools 
    • Consistently build a solid pipeline of qualified candidates in order to reduce Time-to-Fill 
    • Work closely with the Provider Network Credentialing Specialist to assure selected contractors meet credentialing requirements and complete onboarding process in a timely fashion. 
    • Keeps abreast of market conditions that could impact our recruitment strategy

    Required Work Experience:

    Preferred Work Experience:  

    • Prior experience recruiting, negotiating and engaging independent contractors for ongoing functions is extremely helpful.   
    • Prior experience in a human resources environment as a recruiter or generalist helpful.

    Knowledge:  

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Human Resources Information Systems. 

    Skills: 

    Efficient organizational and time management skills, effective verbal and written communication skills.
