Network Specialist – On-Site (5 days) – Non-profit in Newtown, CT

What does the Network Specialist do?

• Providing physical IT support in person as well as virtually
• Work with organization on large infrastructure projects such as security cameras and VOIP phones
• Act as the liaison between internal members and any outside IT projects
• Ad hoc projects such as establishing a ticketing system for IT and facility projects

What does our client need in an Network Specialist?

• Previous experience supporting an organization on Office 365 systems
• Experience streamlining IT infrastructure projects and acting as the liaison between the organization and anything IT related
• Self-starter and excellent communication skills – able to interact with any individual or department
• Combination of technical exposure and knowledge and willingness to learn additional systems over time.
• Able to work on-site, 5 days a week in Newtown, CT
