    Job Category:    Provider

    Description

Be part of a highly successful, nationally recognized primary care practice where you can balance earning potential and quality of life.

Family Care Network is a locally owned and provider-led family medicine network in northwest Washington State. We are actively recruiting board-certified Advanced Practice Providers (ARNP/PA-C) to join our outstanding health care teams.

We practice a full spectrum of family medicine, from obstetrics and prenatal care, preventive and wellness care, sports medicine, minor procedures (joint injections, suturing) to geriatrics. In addition to our outpatient practices, we have our own laboratory services, an inpatient services program, two urgent care clinics, and a medical testing center. Our clinics are located in Bellingham, Ferndale, Lynden, Birch Bay, Mount Vernon, and Anacortes.

Be part of a team of independent practitioners who put excellence in patient care as their priority, while enjoying the healthy lifestyle available in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Picture yourself at home in an active, friendly community with a wide variety of outdoor activities, affordable housing, excellent schools, museums and theaters, and easy access to Seattle and Vancouver, British Columbia.

Compensation: An Advanced Practice Provider (APP) joining a Family Care Network (FCN) clinic, will be offered an annual salary in the range of $105,000 - $155,000 for a full-time position (pro-rated for a part-time position) and a $5,000 transition bonus. Upon satisfactory completion of the initial two-year period, the APP may become eligible for membership and receive approval to become a Member Provider at FCN.

    Family Care Network Benefits:

Our health benefit programs are designed to take care of you and your family, offering flexibility and quality care.

    • Our health benefits include: three different medical plan options, a flexible dental benefit including orthodontia, vision coverage, Employee Assistance Plans, Flexible Spending Account program, LTD insurance and Life/AD&D plans. Benefit eligibility is determined based on the full or part-time status of the position.

At FCN, we value the importance of time away from work for leisure, health and well-being. During the initial two-year period, Clinic APPs accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) and an Extended Illness Bank (EIB) from the first day of employment and are eligible to take paid time off after 60 days of employment. PTO is accrued at a rate based upon the number of months of service at FCN. A new full-time APP generally accrues 21 days PTO per year. EIB accrues based upon the number of paid hours, with a full-time employee accruing a maximum of 48 hours per year.

Our retirement plan programs are designed to support you in preparing for retirement planning and include individualized financial planning guidance. We offer the following programs:

    • 401k Plan with company match

    • Profit Sharing Plan

Eligibility for the FCN Retirement Plan programs is determined based upon years of service and required payroll hours.
