Participates in the negotiation of contracts and prepares reports and analysis of contract details and statistics. Being a Provider Network Specialist distributes contract information, status updates, and other information within the organization. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Provider Network Specialist typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. SUMMARY
The Family Support Provider will emphasize the use of informal, natural community supports as a primary strategy to assist health home enrollees and families. Family Support Providers interact regularly with other staff, including the Health Team, and treatment providers to assess and treat individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems, including abuse of alcohol tobacco, and/or other drugs. Activities may include crisis intervention under the clinical supervision of staff with professional degrees, client advocacy, prevention and education.
