You are a self-motivated, highly organized, and dynamic individual. You have excelled in developing high performing account management / service teams, are able to partner with sales teams and Sales Leadership to define short and long-term process strategy and sales enablement materials and are able to successfully deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally for brands and Retailer. You support the team optimizing processes, managing conflict and developing high performance teams and ensuring we are providing rich performance metrics and insights to further illustrate the value of the RMN bring to it's partners. You have passion for leading people and driving innovation and efficiencies. You have 6-8 plus years of experience in leading high performing account management teams in a client service capacity.
What the role is
Reporting to the Digital Media Senior Director, this role is the team leader with direct and indirect reports, responsible for development of talent across account management team. Responsible for defining the overall process flow establishing a best-in-class RACI (Roles and Responsibilities) frameworks to steer and monitor program progress and success in end-to-end sales process. Experience in cross functional disciplines is a focus as is increased business acumen and an understanding of financial basics for the business they manage. Effective thought leadership across account on behalf of New Stream Media.
The Director of Account Management works hand in hand with the Sales Lead partnership to align on and define the high-level ad strategy and sales approach with our ad partners. You will play a critical role in assigned Retailer's growth of its RMN and leads the Account Management in their successful execution and delivery of campaigns across all retailer capabilities. Support the team by optimizing processes, managing conflict, and developing a high performing team, and ensuring we are providing rich performance metrics and insights to further illustrate the value that RMN brings to its partners. You will work closely with other leadership both internally and externally as the liaison to the business needs and process workflows to drive exception client experience and retention of advertisers.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
