Compass Medical Provider, LLC is looking for Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants to assist with National Guard Events. 

• Provide Physical Health Assessments to military personnel, which includes reviewing online ePHA form , entering MedPros MHA, and any medical records the Service members brings to the event.
• Interview and educate the Service Member to provide additional details as to the status of current and past medical issues.
• A very brief focused exam may be required.
• Identification of current health risks, provide brief counseling, document, enter date, and sign off the SM ePHA in MEDPROS/ MHA online and on SF 600 in Service member’s medical record and recommend appropriate referral information or in some cases entering in E-Profile Temp Profiles of 90 days only.

Education/Qualifications:

-Qualified Nurse Practitioner candidates will possess a Master’s degree and qualified Physician Assistants will possess a Master’s degree or successful completion of an approved PA program.

-Qualified candidates must hold an active license and have primary care experience.

-Must be able to work independently, have good interpersonal skills and work as part of a team, while being flexible and adaptable to changing situations.

• Needs to have computer knowledge and skills.
• Candidates must possess the ability to adapt to different, stressful environments.
• Must be able to work long hours that require active movement on a continual basis to different locations.
• Knowledge of Military procedures, (i.e. 40-501), and protocols, databases, and acronyms is preferred.
• Possess a CAC with access to MWDE, MHA preferred.
