(First, some housekeeping: Please only apply if you have run entire projects at this level. Unfortunately, this is not an opportunity to level up--we need someone who has already fulfilled this role successfully. We are looking for an active project director, who spends most of their time in the field. This is a director position, but we want you out in the field with the crews, inspectors, and project managers monitoring the work--we see this as an 80% in-the-field/on-the-ground position. Please take a moment and consider that before deciding to apply--we do not want an office general, you must continually be among the troops. Also there will be a production ramp, so we see it starting out with you as the sole direct project manager, evolving into a senior project manager position with inspectors and maybe one or two project managers under you, and then growing to more of a project director position--but we'd like to start with a person who can serve at the director level).
