Join Oncology Care Partners as a Medical Director and be on the forefront of a new value-based, cancer care model serving patients throughout Florida. You will be a core member of a team that’s providing vital cancer care services at a dedicated and state-of-the-art Oncology clinic which features on-site infusion as well as on-site lab draws. This role is split between roughly 60 to 70% clinical duties and the remaining 30 to 40% directorship responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of post-fellowship experience and the demonstrated ability to connect with outstanding physicians, mentor colleagues, and foster research efforts. Candidates will also possess a passion for fostering and performing outstanding clinical oncology care; for building/enabling oncology research; and, for the education, mentorship, and development of physicians and advance practice providers.
