We are looking for a licensed and experienced roofing subcontractor with at least 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, dependable
• Proven experience as a roofer
• Proficient in using power tools and other equipment related to roofing
• Knowledge of different roofing materials and their installation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Physical stamina to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
• Must provide references and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
• 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities

• This includes safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.
• Roofers work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks
• install, and repair roofs using various materials
• Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare the roof surface for installation
• Install or repair flashing to prevent water leakage

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Construction: 2 years (Required)
• Roofing: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
