We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children in our care. Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and maintaining hygiene
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the child's needs are met
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including meals, naps, and milestones
- Follow established policies and procedures for child safety and welfare
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress

Skills:
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying, or preschool setting
- Ability to provide infant care and support early childhood education
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with children and build positive relationships
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements
