Crye-Leike® Property Management in Cordova, TN has an immediate need for a part-time Property Management Inspector to provide inspection services on residential real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Inspection and documentation of leased property condition
• Taking photographs of all property areas
• Completion of required reports
• Identifying and resolving items or issues needing attention
• Communicating with property owners in reports for inspection
• Following all Crye-Leike® Property Management procedures in an efficient and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of inspection or quality control supervisory experience
• Knowledge of and ability to demonstrate basic workings of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliances, landscaping and irrigation systems a plus
• Must be detailed oriented with excellent communication (verbal and written) and decision making skills
• Requires the ability to work independently with minor supervision
• Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook) proficiency is a must to submit reports/create correspondence
• Must have excellent driving record with the ability to travel in the Memphis, Tennessee area
• Have the ability to read city maps or access and utilize mapping software
• Good typing skills a must
