The person selected for this position will work directly with both clients and internal teams to find solutions and strategies to direct creative design of studies including start up, delivery and budget.
The Director, Integrated Solutions Real World Evidence & Market Access will have experience in the design, operational conduct, and successful delivery of integrated solutions globally. They will work in partnership with Commercial Operations and Business Units to optimize new business awards through the development of compelling operational and technical strategies and business solutions to support current and future client needs. These strategies will include in-depth risk assessments and scenario plans specific to RWE.
Key Accountabilities:
Successful candidates will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic fast-pasted environment. The candidate will have 8 years' experience in developing solutions or proposal strategies for new business opportunities or delivering clinical trials in a contract research organization (CRO).
