Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Residential Manager to oversee the operations of our residential properties. The Residential Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, sales, and customer relationship management.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Oversee the marketing and leasing efforts to attract and retain tenants
- Conduct property tours and process rental applications
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family property management
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
- Proficiency in using property management software, such as Appfolio
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively
- Proficient in Google Suite
