Responsibilities include: Management of day-to-day operations of the property, manage and maintain occupancy at 97%, oversee maintenance staff and manager trainee, manage tenant files, collect rents, build strong resident relations program with residents, provide exceptional customer service and ensure all company policies & procedures are followed. Know and follow section 42 tax credit compliance, State and local laws and regulations. Salary depends on experience. Nevada experience preferred.
