Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties in East Orange, NJ. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the success and progress of our leasing and maintenance departments, ensuring community development and effective communication. managing all aspects of property leasing, maintenance, and facilities management. This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Oversee the leasing and maintenance departments to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and excellence in service delivery.
• Responsible for overseeing move out/in process including inspecting units in collaboration with building maintenance staff
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
• Receive work orders for repairs and follow up to ensure prompt response and completion including Following up with tenants.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
• Supervise and work with building staff to ensure compliance with polices, codes & standards

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field
- Familiarity with facilities management principles
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
