Everyday is a new adventure and, our newest team member, needs to be able to multitask and embrace the spontaneity of this position. Busy property management team is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent as a property manager who is passionate about property management and a team environment. Start date is flexible for the right candidate. New team member will be responsible for the direct management and oversight of assigned residential properties. Candidate must be organized, able to multitask, have the ability to critical think and problem solve, be knowledgeable with computers, have excellent communication skills, a self-starter and team player. Salary DOE. ARIZONA REAL ESTATE LICENSE IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Arrange, dispatch and follow up with maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with owners, tenants and vendors
• Negotiate lease/contracts in a timely manner
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants and also show vacant properties and process applications
• Conduct move-in and move-out walkthroughs
• Conduct drive-by and annual walkthroughs of properties
• Answer phones and assist walk-in customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
