As a General Property Manager - Multifamily with Hines, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of an assigned Class A property including a designated section for condos and retail space. In addition, you will also be managing the team members and daily activities, achieving established budgeted financial and operational goals, and ensuring that the operation of the property complies with Hines policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Requirements include:
High school education or equivalent from an accredited institution is required; College degree preferred
Five or more years of experience as a residential community/property manager required
Experience managing 400 units, single or combined sites
Active certificate or willing to obtain one for employment for National Center for Housing Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software in order to complete required reports
Proficient with Entrata a plus
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
