Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the community.
• Managing the leasing to ensure all vacant units are marketed and filled as they become available
• Coordinating with the maintenance supervisor to ensure service requests are completed and all turnovers are completed in an efficient manner
• Striving to meet and exceed occupancy goals and budget requirements.
• Providing leadership and guidance to your team.
• Ensuring that current and prospective residents have an exceptional experience.
• Resolving all tenant concerns
• Act as primary contact for service contractors and vendors

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrates strong organizational skills.
• Possesses knowledge of state and federal housing regulations.
• Proficient in basic computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be detail oriented with ability to manage time efficiently.
• Works well with a team.
• Marketing Experience
• Strong Leasing Background
• Interacts and engages in a friendly manner with potential and current tenants.
• Demonstrates ability to think creatively in order to develop new marketing and recruiting techniques.

Education and Experience:

• Property management.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience in sales preferred.
