Laborer Job Description:

• Provide demolition labor, site clean up, load/unload materials weighing 50 lbs
• Remove belongings from vacated rental units, organize and store abandoned belongings appropriately
• Maintain exterior apartment complex cleanliness - pick up trash, leaves, etc.
• Assist with site work - painting, drywall repairs, etc. as needed
• Occasionally drive a company vehicle, depending on site location

Requirements:

• Ability to read, understand and perform work orders in a general manner or as required
• Ability to communicate effectively with others and work together as a team
• Ability to handle physical workload of lifting up to 50 pounds or more frequently, or any combination of extended periods at a time without physical discomfort
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record is required.
• Construction experience is preferred, but not required

Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. Pay $12-$14/hour dependent upon experience, eligible for a raise in 90 days based on reliability and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
