The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants - Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repair requests and ensure timely completion of work orders - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner - Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements - Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery - Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting property management Skills: - Proficient in property management software such as OneSite or Yardi - Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations and compliance - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with facilities management principles - Basic understanding of property maintenance procedures - Sales skills to effectively market available units and attract tenants Qualifications: - Previous experience in property management or related field - Knowledge of local laws and regulations governing property management - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
