Position Summary: The Property Manager is an integral part of the organization and provides oversight of daily operations, customer service, and financial performance for a portfolio currently consisting of 3.7 million square-feet, 30 tenants and approximately 30 industrial assets in the Memphis market. This position is based in Dallas, TX with 20-25% travel anticipated.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of a regional property portfolio. Conduct property inspections, negotiate vendor services, motivate, and train employees, resolve tenant issues, and collaborate with Construction Management. Working with Leasing, Fiscal Operations, Accounting and Asset Management, manages the portfolio’s budget performance.
