Property General Manager - Casino jobs in Independence, MO

We are a growing company managing single-family rental properties looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager for one of our property portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Property Manager to develop and maintain property owner relationships.
• Coordinates projects to make vacant properties ready for rental
• Develop make ready job scope through inspections and inspection reports
• Consults with property owners, provides recommendations, prepares and negotiates bids for work with property owners.
• Works closely with the Make Ready dispatch team to identify appropriate vendors and internal Maintenance Technicians
• Performs quality review inspections of vendor work at property locations.
• Performs move out and other inspections as needed.
• Coordinates with other functions and virtual assistants (Leasing, Inspections, Accounting, etc.)
• Responsible for assigned Make Ready projects
• Identifies charges to be assessed to security deposits when tenants move out.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy, including experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications (such as MS Office, Google Docs, Apple products)
• Must be detail orientated and have excellent organizational skills, positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively to achieve results
• Experience in property management
• Experience with AppFolio a plus
• Previous experience in maintenance, vendor management, working with property owners a plus
• High School Diploma required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
