As an Insurance Agent, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Director of Insurance and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma (Eligible, must be prepared to validate our organization’s logo upon interview)

• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Comfortable working independently with the population that uses services at your location
• Have Your Own vehicle
• People Person
• Good attitude and Love to communicate with people

Responsibilities:
Provide medical and financial support to the program within your capacity as it pertains to policy and procedures, client care, and relationship management.

• Maintain all files and records pertaining to each client enrolled in the program.
• Follow all marketing, sales, and agent policies guidelines for all aspects of business operations as required by state and federal regulations.
• Market your area to prospective applicants and fill qualified positions within your position in the organization.
• Open/close facility as required during daytimes (including weekends) to ensure public safety, quality of service, and attendance requirements are not violated.
• Night shifts when needed. No exceptions.
• BLS First Aid Certification is required at least once per year for employees who are currently certified.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)

• Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
• Life Insurance License (Preferred)
