As the Property Manager, you'll be solely in charge of operation and maintenance of the property.
Responsibilities include:
· Cultivate positive relationships with tenants, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
· Use your creativity and marketing skills to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
· Oversee property maintenance to ensure that our spaces are safe, comfortable, and visually appealing.
· Be a go-to problem solver, addressing issues promptly improving the tenant's satisfaction.
Required skills:
· Certification of CPM is Mandatory.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in areas related to Property Management.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· People oriented and influencing skills.
· Eager to complete the tasks and dedication to meet deadlines.
· Detail-oriented and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Bilingual (English and Spanish) is Preferred.
· Exposure to Budgeting and Finance reports is a plus.
