    Job Responsibilities:

    · Prepare detailed accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment according to Client’s scope of work

    · Conduct meetings with sub-contractors to determine timeline, permits needed and set expectations

    · Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with all specifications and contract statements of work and bid invitations.

    · Provide management and support to sub-contractors to keep the job moving and ensure timelines are being met.

    · Walk open jobs on a weekly basis, provide updates to corporate office staff and clients

    · Identify challenges, problems and client concerns and provide solutions.

    Job Requirements:

    · High School diploma or equivalent

    · Minimum 2-5 years construction management experience

    · Thorough knowledge of general construction and estimating

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment running multiple jobs that are in different phases of construction at once.

    · Knowledge of local and state building codes and permit requirements

    · Ability to read, understand and organize construction plans and specifications

    · Must be computer literate with basic to advanced knowledge in Microsoft office as well as the ability to learn new cloud base software.

    · Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail is crucial

    · Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass drug test.
