General Overview
The Property Manager is Heirloom’s on-the-ground point person. The Property Manager is responsible for the
scheduled and emergent day-to-day upkeep of Heirloom properties within a designated geography. The primary
function of the Property Manager is to ensure that all properties fulfill Heirloom’s property maintenance and
brand standards. The Property Manager also works collaboratively with Guest Communications to assist with
on-site guest response on an as-needed basis. Additionally, the Property Manager may also assist the Design &
Install team with the setup of new properties on an as-needed basis.

The Property Manager role is a full time, salaried position. The work schedule is generally M-F, Sunday
availability from 11am-5pm is required, some weekend/after hours work may arise on an as needed basis.
Compensation for this position is salaried with benefits. Bonus pay options are available.
