REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who is ready to jump in and brings to the table IP Litigation experience supporting senior attorneys in all aspects of IP litigation, including patent and trade secret cases. An ability to manage a large caseload and admission to the NY bar are required; admission to the SDNY and EDNY is preferred.
