Now hiring a Property Manager!!

The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day-to-day property management and leasing aspects of the community.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Preparing and scheduling property viewings, conducting property tours and interviewing prospective tenants Processing applications, conducting credit checks, and negotiating contracts Inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance activities Addressing and resolving residents’ questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner Managing budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices Maintaining organized and updated resident files and records Conduct tours of neighborhood and competitor product and present team summer end findings Creating and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants Key Competencies: Customer Service: Demonstrates a commitment to tenant service; serves and satisfies internal and external customers; holds self-accountable for quality outcomes; understands customers and takes a proactive approach to meeting their needs in an effective and timely manner Teamwork: Works with and helps others to accomplish objectives; participates willingly and effectively on team assignments and projects; fosters a working atmosphere conducive to collaborative efforts Accountability: Assumes responsibility for successfully accomplishing work objectives and delivering business results; setting high standards of performance for self and others Technology: Ability to work with Property Management software for new resident applications, maintenance work order request management, vendor invoicing, and general communications
