Property Acquisitions Associate collects, analyzes, and interprets data used to evaluate potential property acquisitions. Researches market trends. Being a Property Acquisitions Associate performs financial and risk evaluations of potential acquisitions. Conducts due diligence on properties to be acquired. Additionally, Property Acquisitions Associate assists with drafting contracts or leases and may participate in negotiations. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Property Acquisitions Associate work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.     Property Management company is hiring for a full time Maintenance Team Member (coordinator). This position is Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour lunch. Some weekend/overtime work during peak times.

    Duties include but not limited to:

    • Help tenants troubleshoot maintenance stuff over the phone
    • Make and send work orders to vendors
    • Owner communication with work orders and other maintenance related issues
    • Monthly exterior property inspections
    • Helping answering phones for maintenance related calls
    • Schedule and conduct turnover inspections
    • Check keys in and out to vendors
    • Follow up and inspect complete work as needed
    • Follow up with tenants once repairs are complete to ensure satisfaction

    Also assist with maintenance invoicing when needed

    Qualifications:

    • Current Driver’s license, good driving record and current insurance.
    • Basic office skills: copy, fax machine, multiline phone etc.
    • Computer Skills: Microsoft word, Excel, Google Docs and able to learn new software
    • Customer service experience: being able to follow directions, organized, detail oriented, accurate, punctual, driven, ability to work independently, good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to multitask.

    Bilingual is a plus
