Looking for an assistant property manager to assist our property management company in overseeing the coordination and supervision of service providers and be able to assist in on-site property management, including local marketing, tenant procurement and communication with renters, timely coordination of work orders and more.

$30,000 - $45,000

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the property and maintain vendor connections to make sure all facets of the rental are functioning properly.
• Arrange service and improvement contracts for tenants quickly and to their pleasure.
• Conclude rental contracts with occupants by arranging leases and gathering and refunding security deposits for a convenient move-in and move-out procedure.
• Collect rent payments, fulfill monetary obligations, and carry out other duties to make sure financial objectives are being accomplished.
• Analyze local leasing prices and calculate costs to ensure pricing is in line with current market trends.
• Lease the property to include tours and lead handling.

• Multi-family or residential experience
• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
• No weekend and evening hours required
