Duties
- Driving business growth and enhancing our brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives.

- Conducting annual market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

- Implementing target marketing strategies to reach our ideal customer base.

- Analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Revamping our social media platforms and website to engage and captivate our target audience.

- Promoting our company through various channels

- Visiting job sites to capture photos and videos that showcase our projects

- Assisting in organizing and executing company events

- Building relationships with potential clients

- Collaborating with other companies to increase our brand exposure

- Represent our company at trade shows and events throughout the Midwest

- Occasional travel to Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, and other Midwestern states to identify and capitalize on business opportunities

Skills
- Advertising: Experience in developing and executing advertising campaigns across various channels
- Product management: Ability to understand product features and benefits, and effectively communicate them to target audiences
- Marketing: Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Budgeting: Proficient in budget planning and management for promotional activities
- WordPress: Familiarity with WordPress content management system for website updates
- HTML5: Basic understanding of HTML5 for web content editing
- SEO: Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques to optimize promotional content for online visibility
- Market research: Ability to conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior and preferences
- Copywriting: Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling promotional copy
- Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design

Qualifications

- 2-years minimum experience, would consider a 2 year degree with minimal work experience.
