We are looking for a creative, driven, exceptional writer to drive brand awareness and lead generation while overseeing our freelance and agency assets. 

This is a permanent, part-time role (20 hours per week) with a pay rate of up to $65 per hour. 

• Develop a compelling content strategy and anchor assets to drive lead-generation and brand awareness 
• Grow top of funnel leads and brand awareness through various channels 
• Drive mid-funnel conversion to opportunities 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop an annual and quarterly editorial plan 
• Edit, proofread, and improve writer contributions 
• Ensure style guide and messaging maps are developed and maintained 
• Oversee freelance writers and manage agency relationships 
• Liaise with writers to ensure brand consistency 
• Oversee content activation plans with marketing partners 
• Work with executives and subject-matter experts inside and outside the company to develop thought leadership articles and papers 
• Create short and long-form pieces as needed 
• Implement a robust measurement and reporting strategy with established benchmarks and clear goals  
• Providing the marketing organization with key insights and to adjust our strategy 

• 2 years of content development experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience 
• Experience with setting up and reviewing data analysis 
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented 
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills 
• The ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization 
• The ability to meet deadlines in a  high volume environment 
• Experience with SEO strategy and tactics  
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Flexible and able to pivot to meet ad-hoc content requests
