SUMMARY:

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking the final design files in Adobe XD and ensuring they are reviewed, organized, and prepared to the correct specifications for handoff to the developers for implementation. This is a production-focused role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work closely with designers and developers to ensure seamless website development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and analyze final design files in Adobe XD to understand the project requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure the designs are production-ready and can be implemented effectively.
• Organize and structure design files to facilitate smooth handoff to the development team.
• Verify that all design assets, such as images, fonts, and icons, are properly prepared and optimized for web use.
• Ensure that the design files adhere to best practices, including naming conventions, file organization, and version control.
• Work closely with developers to clarify any design-related questions and provide necessary support during the implementation phase.
• Conduct quality checks on implemented designs to ensure they match the original specifications and are pixel-perfect.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues that may arise during the development process.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and emerging trends in web design and development.
• Assist in writing up user requirements for components, modules, and pages during web development process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Adobe XD
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct thorough reviews and QA processes, or inconsistencies on the website.
• Solid understanding of web design principles and best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Previous experience in website production or front-end development is preferred.
