Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for scheduling purposes.
• ​Identify and mitigate potential scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
• ​Utilize industry-standard scheduling software to create and update project timelines.
• ​Communicate regularly with project teams to provide updates on schedule progress and address any deviations from the plan.
• Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments to the schedule as needed.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in the development of project budgets by providing input on resource requirements and scheduling considerations.
• Provide support in the preparation of project status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in construction scheduling.

Qualifications:
​ - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
​ - Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler in the construction industry.
​ -Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
​ -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
​ -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
​ -Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in scheduling and reporting.
​ -Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
​ -Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and resource management.
​ -Familiarity with safety and quality standards in the construction industry.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
