We are continuing to grow, and are looking for a Product Planner / Scheduler to join our team.

The Scheduler will work closely with the Project Manager and other members of the Project Management Department and Systems Engineering team to Develop and maintain resource loaded schedules of major ongoing projects using MS Project, Power BI and other tools.  The Scheduler review project baselines, status and perform various measurements to ensure projects timelines and deliverables are properly communicated to the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, baseline, status, and perform measurement baseline.
• Structure MS Project schedules to enable Estimate to Complete (ETC) reporting
• Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports: Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work, priority-based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost/schedule integration.
• Support the project management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects, including dashboard maintenance.
• Work in collaboration with project management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
• Facilitate and participate in regular schedule reviews.
• Training of Project Manager to learn, or increase skills in, project scheduling company wide.
• Analyze, create and distribute schedule related reports for senior management as needed

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of systems integration project management and scheduling experience
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree/experience combination in software and/or electrical engineering
• PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience using MS Project and MS Excel
• Subject matter expertise and proficiency using MS Project to manage an integrated master schedule and the supporting detailed schedules
• Extremely proficient in MS Office and Power BI
• Superior interpersonal and demonstrated facilitation skills, including the ability to motivate and influence others, build effective interpersonal relationships, and be able to foster and contribute to a positive and productive team environment
• Creative and innovative with assignments. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in work style to better respond to multiple requests/tasks and handle sudden changes in priorities. Able to embrace and participate in change initiatives.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills
• Excellent communication skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000

The compensation range posted for this position represents the anticipated minimum and maximum compensation for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate. The exact compensation offered will depend on several factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, training, education and/or physical location; internal equity; and, budget.
