RAM Construction Services is currently seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator Project Manager with a strong background in weatherproofing and new construction projects to become a part of a growing team. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills, is highly organized, is a great problem solver, is very efficient, and has strong attention to details & time management.
In this role, you are responsible for estimating the cost of commercial projects. This involves reviewing project plans, specifications, and other relevant information to determine the materials, labor, and equipment required to complete the project. This is a hybrid role with a minimum requirement of 5 years of experience. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
