Our mission is to build safe schools so each student can achieve their full academic potential for their future. We do that by certifying every project we manage, bringing our clients' community visions to life. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us lead the charge!

As our Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing complex projects in all phases, collaborating with a team of Project Coordinators, and ensuring goals are met within schedule, scope, and budget. You'll lead internal and external coordination efforts, maintain DSA compliance, and spearhead project closeout processes. We're searching for a detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for school construction, proficiency in DSA projects, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Facilitating internal and external coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders, including Project Coordinators, Assistant Project Managers, Architects of Record (AORs), Inspectors of Record (IORs), and representatives from the Division of the State Architect (DSA), to verify that projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Developing a comprehensive view of the project closeout process and deliverables, identifying cross-project dependencies and conducting risk analysis to mitigate potential issues.

Collecting, coordinating, processing, and expediting project certification, adhering to DSA regulations and other relevant building codes.

Undertaking special or complex certification projects, conducting research, and applying current DSA regulations and processes to ensure compliance.

Directly participating in the project closeout process, resolving any issues that may impede project progress and ensuring timely completion.

Conducting field surveys to verify construction plans, Construction Change Directives (CCDs), and Addendum, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for producing complete and certifiable closeout packages for our clients, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
