The Role

• Hybrid
• Workdays: Monday-Friday
• Full-time
• Previous business or consulting experience in Production and Supply Chain
• Up to 80% Travel (US Passport Holder); Travel may be required on weekends
• The expected time frame for client engagement: 3 months to 3 years

You are an experienced professional who brings specialized knowledge and skills that empower businesses and make informed decisions throughout the lifecycle of a project (from the planning stage to completion). You possess strong leadership traits, as well as the ability to perform in an environment without on-site supervision or assistance. You show passion for learning and being familiar with the client’s business environment and developing positive relationships with associates and clients.

You have a great work ethic, and you love working in a team. You build and motivate team members to meet project goals, ensuring adherence to their responsibilities and project milestones. You work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating innovation and excellence. You efficiently manage issues, mitigate risks, and adapt to project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project completion. Fundamentals

• Business or consulting experience is required
• Can handle multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Demonstrate dedication toward personal growth and project management
• Executive-level written and verbal communication abilities
• Timeline management and organizational skills
• Strategic and performance-driven
• Working knowledge in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
• Ability to travel
• Well-developed industry expertise in any of the following:

Ø Supply Chain Management

Ø Production and Manufacturing

Ø Quality

Ø Planning and Scheduling

Technology Experience

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Excel, and Visio

Preferred:

• Agile Certification
• Six Sigma Certification (Green to Black Belt)
• Project Management Professionals (PMP) Certification
• Certification in Project Management (CAPM)
